Since our beginnings in 1973 Karndean Designflooring has been, and still is, a family-owned business. Despite growing into a global company with operations in North America, Australasia and Europe, we remain true to our roots and are fiercely committed to our customers. We have dedicated support for commercial flooring projects, including Commercial Business Managers, dedicated commercial customer service representatives, and a highly qualified team of technical professionals.
Karndean Designflooring USA
Our original US facility was established in 1996 in Massachusetts and relocated to North Versailles, Pennsylvania in 1999 with 10 full-time employees. In 2005, Karndean US relocated once again, to the location where our US Headquarters still stands today in the Pittsburgh suburb of Export.
Karndean Designflooring continued to grow and thrive, leading to the opening of our West Coast distribution center and showroom in Las Vegas in 2011, followed by our Dallas location in 2013. Since 2015, we’ve doubled the size of each of our three distribution centers, and today Karndean Designflooring has grown to more than 175 employees.
