AVE, a brand of Korman Communities, specializes in flexible living for renters and individuals needing temporary accommodations. Karndean Designflooring has been a partner on AVE projects since 2016 after AVE Senior Vice President: Asset Paul DeFruscio encountered the product while visiting another construction site and was "blown away" by how much it resembled natural wood.
The AVE/Karndean partnership continues today, including two of AVE's most recent properties: Blue Bell and King of Prussia. With considerations that included a quality product and minimizing noise between apartments, two colors from the Korlok Select interlocking rigid core product range were chosen to complement the kitchen and living room designs of each property.
